Terms and Conditions and meetings Honeybellydance

Honeybellydance has a set of general terms and conditions and agreements regarding the registration for classes, workshops, and performances. You can find these in the following points. In addition, a number of supplementary general terms and conditions apply, which are commonly used within the service industry. When registering or booking Honeybellydance services, you agree to all the terms and agreements below.

  1. Registration becomes binding once the mandate is fulfilled after registration.
  2. The booking becomes binding once the Client has confirmed verbally, over the phone, or via email. This is applicable even if no registration form has been sent or signed.
  3. A registration for a minor must be paid for by a parent or guardian.
  4. Payment for a registration is done through direct debit.
  5. Cancellation should be done via email. There is a notice period of 1 month; for example, if you cancel in February, there will still be a direct debit in March. Without cancellation, the subscription will continue.
  6. The subscription is valid for 4 lessons per month.
  7. If you are unable to attend a class, please notify us in advance. Missed lessons do not entitle you to a refund, but you can make up the lesson later. A makeup lesson will always be scheduled in advance and by mutual agreement.
  8. If a class from Honeybellydance is canceled, it will be rescheduled for another week (on the same day and for the same group).
  9. The class schedule is always shared through the group’s WhatsApp. Each group has its own group WhatsApp.
  10. Entry to the dance studio is only permitted with bare feet or clean dance/ballet shoes that do not leave marks on the floor and have not been worn outside.
  11. Honeybellydance cannot be held liable for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.
  12. Honeybellydance is not responsible for injuries or the development or worsening of physical conditions during or after classes and workshops. Of course, the instructors will provide advice as needed to prevent injuries.
  13. If a class cannot proceed from my end, I’ll ensure it’s rescheduled for another date or provide a refund for the lesson. PLEASE NOTE: This only applies to cancellations on my part:
    (Honey Rutgers).
