Terms and Conditions and meetings Honeybellydance

Honeybellydance has a set of general terms and conditions and agreements regarding the registration for classes, workshops, and performances. You can find these in the following points. In addition, a number of supplementary general terms and conditions apply, which are commonly used within the service industry. When registering or booking Honeybellydance services, you agree to all the terms and agreements below.

    1. Registration becomes binding once the mandate is fulfilled after registration.
    2. The booking becomes binding once the Client has confirmed verbally, over the phone, or via email. This is applicable even if no registration form has been sent or signed.
    3. A registration for a minor must be paid for by a parent or guardian.
    4. Payment for a registration is done through direct debit.
    5. Cancellation should be done via email. There is a notice period of 1 month; for example, if you cancel in February, there will still be a direct debit in March. Without cancellation, the subscription will continue.
    6. The subscription is an ongoing monthly subscription that includes one regular lesson per week during the lesson season. If a month has five lesson weeks, all regular lessons will still take place. July and August are the fixed summer break. The subscription and monthly payments will continue during this summer break. Additional rehearsal lessons may be offered throughout the year for group performances.
    7. Discount promotions for group registrations are only valid when participants register at the same time. When registering with one friend or family member, each participant receives a 5% discount. When registering with three or more friends/family members, each participant receives a 10% discount. The discount is only valid as long as all participants remain actively registered and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
    8. If a student is unable to attend a lesson, they are not entitled to a refund. Subject to availability and prior agreement, the missed lesson may be made up on another lesson day with a different group.
    9. If a regular lesson cannot take place due to Honeybellydance, a replacement teacher will be arranged where possible, or the lesson will be compensated with an additional lesson or rehearsal lesson.
    10. The class schedule is always shared through the group’s WhatsApp. Each group has its own group WhatsApp.
    11. Entry to the dance studio is only permitted with bare feet or clean dance/ballet shoes that do not leave marks on the floor and have not been worn outside.
    12. Honeybellydance cannot be held liable for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.
    13. Honeybellydance is not responsible for injuries or the development or worsening of physical conditions during or after classes and workshops. Of course, the instructors will provide advice as needed to prevent injuries.
    14. On official public holidays and around Christmas and New Year, regular lessons may be cancelled. No refund will be provided for these lessons.
    15. The subscription starts on the student’s personal start date. From that date, payment will be collected monthly around the same date. The subscription is not linked to a calendar month.
    16. Subscription prices may be adjusted annually on 1 January in line with inflation. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) published by Statistics Netherlands (CBS) will be used as the basis for this adjustment. Any price changes will be communicated in advance.
